Active in law enforcement since 1994. Began my law enforcement journey/career in my home town (Granite City, Illinois) as an auxiliary police officer (served as auxiliary police officer through the rank of auxiliary police lieutenant) and then was hired as a full-time police officer by the same department. Became a Railroad Special Agent in the year 2000 for the better benefits and salary. Was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and or Supervisory Special Agent in the year 2008. Member of the following organizations: Illinois Juvenile Officers Association, Missouri and Illinois Railroad Police Association (Past President & Board Member), Missouri Peace Officers Association, International Police Association (Region #57), Illinois Police Association, Madison County (Illinois) Police Association, National Sheriffs Association, Master Mason-Granite City Masonic Lodge #877 A.F. & A.M., 32 Degree Mason-Scottish Rite Masonic Bodies-Valley of Southern Illinois, Member of Ainad Shriners-A.A.O.N.M.S., Member of Ainad Shriners-Drum & Bugle Corps, Member of Ainad Shriners-Tri-City Shrine Club, National Eagle Scout Association. Besides work, I spend most of my free time with my beautiful wife, son and extended family.
