    Texas City fared very well because we have a great levy system and pump stations. However everyone around us was hammered. I was assigned to the Bolivar Penninsula following storm. I had previously patroled there for 3 years and could not find my way around. No landmarks, no roads, houses, it was all gone. Absolutley heartbreaking!
