Wow! You have an impressive career history. May I ask, what motivated you to become an expert on gangs? I myself have little to offer as I am an artist that is aspiring to become an officer. It's probably a goofy question to ask, I was just wondering. I can tell you what is driving me though-when I hear about abused kids in the news, and having 2 of my own, something inside of me just feels that as a capable man, I can do more than just sit on my butt and watch it on the news. I can try and help rescue people from horrible situations.
