Hi Miss Florine- Thanks for stopping by. They say time heals all wounds we'll see if "they" are right. Have a fun Halloween and a great week my friend.

Congratulations to my Eagles for beating the crap out of Dallas
Samhain was a Gaelic harvest festival held on October 31–November 1. It was linked to festivals held around the same time in other Celtic cultures, and was popularised as the "Celtic New Year" from the late 19th century, following Sir John Rhys and Sir James Frazer. The date of Samhain was associated with the Catholic All Saints' Day (and later All Souls' Day) from at least the 8th century, and both the secular Gaelic and the Catholic liturgical festival have influenced the secular customs now connected with Halloween.
The medieval Goidelic festival of Samhain marked the end of the harvest, the end of the "lighter half" of the year and beginning of the "darker half". It was celebrated over the course of several days and had some elements of a Festival of the Dead. Bonfires played a large part in the festivities. People and their livestock would often walk between two bonfires as a cleansing ritual, and the bones of slaughtered livestock were cast into its flames.

You are a beautiful person. You tears to my eyes with what you said about my badge on his blanket. I could hold him, and I knew he could hear us. For some reason that was not good enough. When I hold him before going on duty, he has alway touched my badge. Shirley wanted to wrap it off and I said please don't. His prints can stany and it will be like having him there. It just something special between him and me. Thank you so much for the kind words and understanding. Take care and Heavenly Father bless you and keep your family safe.

We are doing well now. The little went in the hospital for upper chest infection. He had trouble breathing. He was on a ventilator, monitors and a feeding tube. He got to come home on the evening of Saturday. Still on mess and does a lot of sleeping. Oh dad was a bit nervous when they did the ventilator. He had family, friends and co workers coming to see him. We would go out and meet everyone. The Grandparents Ana Auntie Karen were allowed to see him. We all had to gown up. The hospital kept asking me if I was okay. I was in uniform and duty weapon on. I pinned my badge on his blanket so he knew dad was close to him. I know sound stupid but it worked for Me.
Take care and God bless. He's home doing better. Be safe.
