Good morniing.Sounds like a fine trip you have planned.Unfortunately I live close to three hundred miles South of Int,. #80Just to the Southwest of #65 and #44.We last were in Arizona in "05" while en route to relatives in Chowchilla ,Califorbnia.Have always been fond of Arizona as have a large number of other Omaha retired officers.Thery formed a large club,the Omazona Fuzz.I love the city of Kingman.My eldest son and his wife,from Philly ,frequently visit Sedona,as does a younger son who resides in Vegas.

Tom, I assure you that you could walk up the mountain from the base all the way up to the cave I have two photos on my page that are taken hafe way up the mountain they are DSCN1420, DSCN1423 and the new one I just but on DSCN1418. You are very welcome, so glad to be helping you out. I’ll talk to you later. Your friend, Florine
PS: There is no fire on the mountain after all but there keeping a close eye on it.

Tom,
Sorry took me so long to get back to you, had a long drive ahead of me today but I made it to my distension safe and sound. There is water at the base of Baboquivari Mountain on the camp grounds and that’s the only place. The 12guage shotgun with buckshot’s will be ok and maybe a rifle and that’s it. There are not many animals out here besides the mountain lion that are a threat to people and livestock. The only place there letting people camp right now is the Baboquivari camp grounds and hike up the mountain. Now that might change it look like we might have a small fire on the back of the mountain, I’ll let you know right away when we find out. Your good friend, Florine

The Veterinarian
One Sunday, in counting the money in the weekly
Offering,
the Pastor of a small church found a pink
envelope containing $1,000. It happened again the
next week!
The following Sunday, he watched as the offering
was collected and saw an elderly woman put the
distinctive pink envelope on the plate. This went
on for weeks until the pastor, overcome by
curiosity, approached her.
"Ma'am, I couldn't help but notice that you put
$1,000 a week in the collection plate," he stated.
"Why yes," she replied, "every week my son sends
me money and I give some of it to the church."
The pastor replied, "That's wonderful. But $1000 is
a lot, are you sure you can afford this?
How much does he send you?"
The elderly woman answered, "$10,000 a week."
The pastor was amazed. "Your son is very
successful; what does he do for a living?"
"He is a veterinarian," she answered.
"That's an honorable profession, but I had no idea
they made that much money," the pastor said.
"Where does he practice?"
The woman answered proudly, "In Nevada .. He has
two cat houses, one in Las Vegas , and one in
Reno '
