About Me: Hi my name is Ralph, Police Explorer, im 14, and my dad is a 30year vet. of the Tinley Park police Force in Illinois and he is gotten me obsessed with it. I collect patches pins,hats, decals, and everything law enforcement. I like having different police t-shirts and ball caps to wear from different depts. Since I am only 14 I still have a while before I can achieve my dream of being a police officer. I am working toward my goal as much as possible. I want to start at a Local town/County Department get involved with Tactical teams, and then eventually move to the Federal level (I dont want a desk job, maybe something like ATF entry teams or Marshals Fugitive Task force,etc). I can say Law Enforcement is in my blood. . I also enjoy fixing stuff, buying tools(another obsession), and going to the jobsites (My Dad also has a Construction co.). Hey Ralph,

Nice hearing from you. Yeah, I watched the races, including the disgusting end where my favorite driver, Jimmie Johnson, had the win stolen from him. I'm glad Mark Martin won, as he's a great guy and really deserved it.

But, Denny Hamlin and Kurt "Crybaby" Busch should both get their asses kicked. Hamlin nearly wrecked Johnson by pushing him into the corner following the last yellow flag start and Busch gave #48 a cheap hit after they touched due to the laws of racing physics.

So, what appeared to be an easy win for Jimmie ended up an 8th place finish. I like Johnson for a couple of reasons. First, like me, he's a former motocrosser and I knew from the first time I saw him race that he was going to be a great one.

If you can do it fast on two wheels on a MX course, going fast on four wheels on pavement just ain't that big a deal. More and more, Jimmie continues to prove that. If he doesn't crash, run out of gas or get a pit road penalty, he generally wins.

Secondly, he is a really good guy. He and his new bride Chandra created a charity where they give money to people in need. Busch, on the other hand, got popped for DUI by a Maricopa County SO deputy when he raced in Phoenix a few years ago. (...Sheriff Joe Arpaio country...)

That's why he is no longer with the Jack Rousch racing team. He's also got a big mouth and demonstrated that at the beginning of his career by lipping off to Jimmy Spencer at the end of a race by telling Jimmy he didn't need to listen to some old man who shouldn't be racing anymore.

Jimmy punched him right in the mouth and he never mouthed off to Spencer again. Sadly, in my humble opinion, both Busch brothers have talent but are immature, big-mouthed, whining crybabies who didn't get their asses kicked enough when they were still in high school.

Fortunately, all the good guys who race NASCAR (...list is too long to list...) far outnumber these two. FYI, I went to the Sprint Cup race this past February in Fontana, CA. Posted some pix at my Profile page.

You sure don't get to hear the true sounds on TV, do you? Speaking of which, did it appear to you that the #48 seems to rev a lot higher than the rest of the cars, including the rest of the Hendricks cars? Okay, gotta move on to the rest of my morning. Thanks for staying in touch.
