Some departments here in the U.S. allow prisoners hand cuffed drunk or sober sit in the front seat, NO way one of my brothers in the NYPD made that mistake and had the hole front seat driver side and the hole area spatted with vomit, Oh no please they sit in the rear or I had then stick there finger in there mouth before entering my patrol car...........Wow...LOL
