About Me
I am a Crime Scene Investigator (non-sworn) for The Alachua County Sheriff's Office. I am also a registered nurse with experience in cardiac and emergency medicine; currently work part-time as a forensic nurse examiner for Shands at AGH. I love both of my jobs and enjoy teaching when the opportunity presents itself. It is very satisfying to be one of those unspoken voices for the victim; especially for those who can no longer speak for themselves - to see justice prevail in the end. Will be making the transition to Shands at UF in November when AGH closes its' doors - will be doing E.R. nursing again along with FNE call-outs. As for my free time...oh, I don't have any, never mind. :-)
Hobbies:
Keeping Starbucks in business, photography, cooking (homemade pasta and sushi), reading (mostly related to forensics or medicine), computer/gadget anything - don't know what I'd do without my iPhone or PDA, the certified nerd in my unit.
