    Go take your happy pill n go to sleep.... You need some rest.... when you get older you require more rest. Revert back to naps like the young ones do ya know........The training wasnt bad at all. Met alot of people....and got to spend some time in 100 degree weather yuck... At least it is not humid up there. The people there kept complaining about the humidity. I told them go to the coast where i live, THAT is humidity

    ..........My 4th.... I helped my mther out at her store at the beach, so needless to say it was very very busy, then I drove to Fort Worth Sunday to spend he next 3 days in an inservice class. I got home at 11 pm last night....So can we say tired....I dont thnk i have slept in over a week.... Im a wee bit tired
