- I have been blessed with the gift of aggression and a capacity for violence. I HAVE A TENACIOUS,INFINITE LOVE FOR MY FAMILY and respect for fellow citizens. I am a sheepdog. I live to protect the flock and confront the wolf.I believe that physical fitness training is essential in law enforcement. I say failure is not an option when backing up a fellow officer or protecting a family member, because failing to help, from being out of shape and weak..........that would be a fate worse than death!!!. I believe you should train your body and mind to fight with more than just your duty weapon. What I'm saying is, you can never get enough of unarmed combative training to develop fighting skills!, because regular training is good for reflexes, mindset and physical conditioning.It also tests an officers aggression and stamina.The bottom line is, nobody ever survived a lethal encounter and said "I wish I wasn't so well trained."
