About Me
I have been with the SO for 20 years. During that time I spent 4 years in detentions, 15 years on patrol which included 2 tours on SWAT, High Impact Community Oriented Policing (HICOP) Unit, Gang Officer, Accident Investigator, FTO, Stinger Spike System Instructor, Driving Instructor, and Elder Abuse Instructor. Currently assigned as a detective in the General Crimes (Property) Unit. I am also a Level 2 Equine Cruelty Investigator and Elder Abuse Investigator. I have realized over the years that I am a workaholic and missed a lot of things in life. I love my job and hate letting any case go cold, but that is the nature of the beast. A year ago, I was driving over a high mountian pass coming back from a class and decided it is time to get back to nature and relax more. So I go camping, fishing and hunting when I can. Life is to be explored and lived, not a comfort zone or a shelter. If you want to know anything about me, just ask. You may or may not like my answers.
