Here I am today. Dealing with a emotional rollercoaster and venting lol how does that happen? I have to tell you the through the rollercoaster of emotions I have gone through personally in a current relationship, the lift has been my savior. Its been such a difficult road for me to be strong and move forward, but the gym kicking up my endorphins and the release of the anxiety and stressful energy is priceless. nothing can replace that. It is my sanity.
I think it is a misunderstood one and one that more people should embrace. Thanks to all of you and anyone who spent the time reading this. It too is so appreciated
