  Hey, did anyone see the piece on Fox news about the front cover of the magazine that replaced the US Flag at Iwo Jima with a tree for their "green issue''? There was also a comment about Al Gore (pardon the pause to puke) and exchanging the "red,white and blue" with "green". I can't recall if it was Time or U.S. World/Report magazine..............wouldn't want to malign anyone,now would we?? I saw the few veterans from WWII speaking on Fox News and they were some pissed. When are we going to stand up for our country.............its being destroyed from inside. I suppose its prophesied. But I still agree with the NRA about taking my gun from my cold dead hands. I'm small, but too old and have too many LEO family and friends to feel any other way. Unlike Mr. Obama's former (?) pastor..............I say GOD BLESS AMERICA !!!!!!!!!

  Keep in touch with your older retired brothers......too many are forgotten, considered not up to new technology. I saw this happen to my Dad. They were the ones who blazed the trails for us, walked the path without radios and only had 6 rounds, but they got the bad guys and were feared by them. But this is no more, thanks to the liberal courts,and parents who sue the police for their little "darlings". And don't be so foolish as to hold a grudge against officers you see who are following in their dad's footsteps, just because you happened to have had a run in with the "old man". We can't afford to be so ignorant . If we don't stick together and support our brother officers, the streets will be running with blue/red blood, because someone took his/her time responding to a call for assistance. I've lost too many family members who wore the badge proudly just for the above reason, and I intend to do anything it takes to make it stop here. Be proud of those who carry on the tradition of law enforcement. I'm so, so, tired of going to police funerals, and I miss my cousin and my Dad. Don't put your kids in that position, please. Give each officer a chance to show what he or she is made of, and don't put down that officer's relative because you have a petty problem decades old with him. Those people could one day be you and your offspring. We must stick together,respond quickly to backup calls or we will lay bleeding in the streets without an outstretched hand attached to a uniform to see us off on our last journey. At least God will be there.
