  Have a great Friday and an even better weekend. Make the most of the great weather even if you have to work. 

  Then again, the temperature all this week has been in the high 90’s with a heat index of 105, it is like living in an oven. The best place to spend those kinds of days is inside with the air conditioning.

  Sorry I haven't been around, we had a family emergency last week and had to catch a flight to Logan. Everything is ok now and I got back last Saturday. I got to spend my birthday eating pizza in the cafeteria of South Shore Hospital outside of Boston. The good part was it was some of the best pizza I have ever eaten.
