    sorry to hear that you guys got screwed by the arbitrator. We are heaing to perc soon.We are going to get hammered i'm sure. Gov.Christie is making changes but why do we need to pay medical as well as be told that we can only get a 2.5% increase. WOW we are going down the shitter! Be safe

    We just got royally screwed by the arbitrator on our contract. MAJOR givebacks to the town and to top it off, he held onto the decision until past the deadline for paying the medical. So, now we get a crappy deal AND pay 1.5% inot our medical. I'm not blaming Christie alone for this one. The last 5 or 6 govs helped screw the pooch for us. I've got 800 days to go as of today and I'll be out before you can say, "bend over".
