Thanks for the visit. I will wish Nancy a Happy Birthday. Recovery is going well, so far. I go back to the dr on Tues. and hopefully he will release me to go back to work. I'm not sure if it will be regular duty or light duty. Anything is fine with me. 5 months of doing nothing is very long, boring, almost making me go crazy. At least I didn't have to go too far to get there...lol. Thanks for everything and stay safe.....Craig

Morning Harry, I would think that releasing that information would be an Officer safety issue wouldn't it. Is there case law that will prevent the defense from forcing the release of such information ?
