Yeah I do like the M&P series, my buddy has it in 9mm and .45...I think. He swears by them and personally i like them but haven't shot the 9. You might try a gun trading site, there are a few around and a good way to get a decent used one. Discount Gun Sales in Beaverton is a place to check out or the NW Armory in SE Portland, they both have websites that I think I've shown you before.

Thats a good question. Depends on what you are looking for, 9mm ammo is cheaper but atleast you could use the .40 with your Glock also. Would this be a defensive carry weapon or mainly a target shooter? Defensive: go with the higher caliber, target: go with the cheaper ammo and higher round capacity. What are you looking at getting?
