    Firefighter Ryan Hummert's funeral was today. Please remember him & his family in your prayers. FF Ryan was well-loved & had a good heart. New York FD sent a representative (since 9-11-01 they've sent a rep to every funeral of a FF who's fallen in the line of duty).

    Also! Police Chief Mokwa of the St. Louis Police Dept. is retiring as of today. It's because of his poor decisions resulting in some scandals, some of these decisions that involved his 35 yr. old daughter (drugs, etc. background), allowing police officers & his daughter to use and/or purchase impounded vehicles as their personal vehicles. Further investigations are pending. A sad day for LEOs, badges are somewhat tarnished.
