    It is never easy. I have had great success with a vitamin supplement called astaxanthin. It promotes your bodies natural anti inflamatory. I heard about on Dr. Oz. You may want to try it and see if it doesn`t give you some relief. It is just sucky that you don`t have much range. Tony is at about 70 percent. He goes back to work Sunday. It will take about a year to fully recover. Sound familiar? Love You my friend and Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!
