About Me: Arthur E. is an honor graduate of the College of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ - School of Allied Health Professions where he studied Advanced Emergency Medical Technology. He also attended the University of North Carolina, and has taken specialized coursework in Emergency Trauma Management at Western Carolina University, and several other specialized programs around the country. A Vietnam-era veteran, Mr. Evangelista graduated the U.S. Military Police Academy in 1973. He was also worked as a mobile intensive care paramedic and deputy police officer Combining careers in emergency medicine, health, and law enforcement, Mr. Evangelista applied these skills as a (former) federal investigator for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration – Investigations Branch. He has also subsequently received his PhD in Environmental and Occupation Health in 2005. Evangelista has researched, and written on food safety, toxic food and drug additives, voter fraud, and has several successful investigations to his credit. In addition he has appeared on numerous radio and television shows, including two documentaries regarding FDA and corporate malfeasance, and toxic food ingredients. He has detailed analytical research into government regulatory and bureaucratic corruption and medical fraud. Dr. Evangelista is the Director of Public Health and Medical Fraud Cooperative, and its Quality & Regulatory Affairs Unit. This service functions to assist supplement and natural health manufacturers to effectively understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and helps small natural health producers to securely maneuver through the regulatory inspection process.
