About Me
I am a South Carolina State Constable. South Carolina is the only state in the Nation with a Constable program like we have. We have state wide jurisdiction and work with many different agencies through out the state. There are 3 classes of Constable - Class 1 which are the college and airport police, Class 2 which are retired officers and Class 3 - who are volunteers. In Class 3 there are two levels, basic and Advanced. Basic can accompany an full time officer but musty remain within voice contact range. Advanced (me) can work independently, make our own cases and go through at a minimum the same training as any reserve officer. Most of us have much more training than that and spend hundreds of hours on road patrol (like me). Most of the time I have more street time and more experience than the deputy I am riding with - but they see me as a "wanna be". That what's getting old as dirt does :) Gettin' old sucks :) I also have been a deputy sheriff in both Laurel and Perry County Kentucky. I spent one year doing undercover alcohol and narcotic buys in Laurel County. Was pretty damn good at it too :) I also love to take pictures. I'll be posting some of my work.
