Greetings from the "left" coast. Hope this finds you well and beginning to thaw? Our weather has been all over the charts.. warm one day and then back cold and wet or gray! We are approaching our "May Gray," here on the coast, usually followed by the June gloom! Is good for graves but that is bout all. Have been busy and am sorry not on here much. Getting things squared away at Mom's..bought a new bed and have actually been able to sleep there. At one point did not think I would be able to, but am slowly making it both my house and hers. My brother is a bit stand-offish bout it, but am hoping he will come around. I put an alarm in there so at least I feel better about it when am not there. I have found amazing pics of my father at 27 when he had just joined the Army Air Corps.. amazing stuff... be safe my friend..

HI Tom, boy what you said is so true.. I have been very touched and comforted by the kind messages sent by my brother and sisters in blue. What a wonderful association we have where people who have never met take time to reach out to complete strangers.. helps. I sent out her Christmas cards and have begun to receive messages back. It is heart warming to learn how special my parents were to others... hard to read, but heart warming..

Hey Tom, hope you had a good holiday season. My brother and I made it through.. we actually came through a bit better than we dared hope. Now the crappy business of dealing with banks, insurance companies and Uncle Sam who has his damn hand out. Seems a shame the monies my Father put away for Mom..and which she kept intact now is being consumed by the damn govt.... oh well..
