Thanks for that, I'm one to know as well since I went on a ride-along with their department about a year ago. Plus I know one of their officer's that is a member here in PL. I live 5 minutes away from them so I'm pretty excited about this department, being familiar with the area doesn't hurt either.

Yeah, but you'll have the people that don't bring in the $15 for the application and people who won't sign up soon enough through NIPSTA for the POWER Test. Who wouldn't want to be a LEO in a suburb where not much happens, although I'm looking to get on one that has some action from time to time. I wouldn't want to be enforcing traffic all day you know.......

The Buffalo Grove PD Orientation is tomorrow at 9am so I am going to that. I am going to try my luck at Streamwood as well.
