About Me
I have been in law enforcement for the past 15 years and prior to that I spent 5 years in the Army. While working as a deputy sheriff I also worked as a state prison officer and truthfully, working two full time jobs simultaneously was extremely difficult not to mention hard on the family. I eventually stopped working so hard and went back to college eventually receiving my Bachelors degree from Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas. I eventually plan to get my masters and hopefully join a college somewhere and teach/train other cops. My future path though will be what the Lord decides and I will follow Him. I really have become closer to the Lord the longer I have been a cop, now having said that, I must admit that being a cop these last 15 years my life has been oh so fulfilling. I am looking forward to meeting others out there who feel the same way about their experience in this field we have chosen. Or shall I dare say this field has Chosen Us. To all of you out there, we must remember when we face the dangers of our jobs we must remember our first and foremost goal, to go home to our loved ones at the end of our shifts and never take any chances with our lives or our partner’s lives. Be ever vigilant about each call we receive and to never treat any of them as a routine call.

military docunintaries, military and cop movies mostly but some romantic movies can tug at my heart.
