About Me
I am a mother of 2 teenage girls..2 12 yoa girls..and one lonely 9 yoa boy..We have 3 fish, 1 Georgia Broadhead skink..and 4 cats..I have been in Communications since 1990..Started out at Emory university PD and help start up the first responder Unit there while obtaining my EMT license and going through fire training. I have worked on ambulances , driven fire trucks..and dispatched for medivac..but my heart is in PD dispatching and can kick butt on Fire Radio since I am a major Magnet for major calls...or as my Supervisor might say "you keep me on my toes"..lol..who else can get a house fire with live rounds coming out of it..and kill 2 radio consoles at the same time that call goes out..break out the portables.. :)..I love my job..take things lightly and do not pay much attention to the dramam in the room and never never get too personal with officers..I have a home life and I have a professional life and I keep it that way. Unfortunately for Communications we have a "reputation" and I am very married and very much a Christian and live it to the very fullest and keep that reputation where it belongs in the backwoods cause n reality it simply is not true..God Bless my officers and Fire and Ems folks and please be safe and we pray for you each shift..Go Morning watch we rock..

    The Final Inspection

    The warrior stood and faced God,
    Which will always come to pass,
    He hoped his shoes were shining,
    Just as brightly as his brass.
