    Looked at a new barn today to take my horses - hopefully. Come on Wednesday and that interview! And no "Mall Cop" jokes, either!! lmao I've already heard those from some of my friends! Gotta get back in the business somehow and maybe this is the key to the door. In the meantime I'm still packin to move to a place closer to where jobs are. It's about 20 miles from here, but there is absolutely no work in this city I live in. i.e. the Michigan Sugar Company starts up production here within about a week cuz it's time to harvest sugar beets. I went and picked up an app, right? Me along with hundreds of others. It was insane! The security personnel were the ones handing out the apps as you drove in. There are so many ppl who are just desperate for work. I'm glad I have a good resume that will get me in somewhere. I think I'm one of the lucky ones. Not gonna get on my soapbox about the economic situation of our country, but I just witnessed first-hand the desperation ppl have to work. You have no idea what it's like to work in that place. The smell is so bad you could hurl. It's filthy and mucky and you smell like that even on your day off. You just can't wash off the smell. It stays in your hair. But people don't care. They just want a job. My personal opinion? I think the WH and Washington better wake up and smell the Sugar Beet Factory and get our economy turned around so people can have jobs to support their families. Stop with all the rhetoric! Ok....I've now climbed down off of the soapbox I said I wouldn't get up on! Have a good one friends. Stay safe out there. God bless......Nance

    Thanks Gary! I was gonna go spend the whole day with my horses, but it's rainin n crappy out. I'm gonna be movin so I guess I'll be workin on packin n go out to the horses tomorrow after church. If I can't find another place to board them I only have 3 more weeks with them. Breaks my heart. If I call Animal Control they'll only keep them a week then euthanize them. I've been cryin for like 3 days now. I just pray God will open a door for me to take them someplace else. I'm behind I'm my board since my ex stopped payin me Spousal Support. $900 owing. And the owners won't let me work off the back board. They want their $$. I don't have any place to take them. I'm just heart-broken. I've had them 10 years and they have taught me so much; patience, compassion, tolerence, and unconditional love. Don't know what I'll do without them. They define who I am. That's why I hope I get this security job I have an interview for next week Wednesday. It's just for a mall, but who cares. It's security and a step in the right direction.
